For all Batteries purchased from us we provide "3 month warranty" .

SteamLite warrants only to the original purchaser of any battery from our website or from our Distributors that the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the battery. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

1) Modification, alteration, repair or service of the battery by any persons or company other than SteamLite;

2) Accident or physical abuse to, or misuse of the battery or operation the battery in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or

3) Any use of the battery other than that for which it was intended (including, use of battery with other company's chargers, cartridges or refill liquid other than SteamLite).

This warranty entitles the Purchaser for replacements within one year of purchase, where such battery or a subsequent replacement proves to be defective (subject to warranty conditions).

Irrespective of however many batteries are purchased, the number of defective batteries that may be replaced for a Purchaser shall be subject to an overall limit of 3 in any month.

Any implied warranties which may arise by interference or operation of law (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in time to the duration of this warranty.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply. This warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, and the Purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

SteamLite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a refund for a defective battery rather than a replacement.  A refund will be limited to the current online price for a single battery less cost of shipping.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your SteamLite battery fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Email us at enquries@steamlite.com, "Request for Replacement ", please include your (a) full contact information, including your first and last name and/or company name, (b) order number,(c)  purchase date, (d) cartomizer purchase date (if applicable) (e) telephone, (f) fax, (g) email address, (h) shipping address and (i) the reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty/fault you are experiencing with the battery or any other parts. All of these information entries are required for processing your request.

2. Within 24 hours (applicable if e-mail is send on the working day) of receipt of your email, our Replacement Team will review the information and email you back with a Return Address of our nearest replacement center or Local Dealer. Please securely package your Faulty items, and include a copy of the "Request for Replacement".

3. Please send it via recorded mail so we both can track the parcel and mail us with the tracking ID and once we receive your faulty products we shall send the replacements straight forward and update you accordingly.
